Copyright

In accordance with the agreed terms, you retain full ownership of all content we create and deliver. Ecom Store Hub does not claim any copyright ownership over completed deliverables, allowing you to use, reproduce, distribute, or publish the content without restriction.

Payment

All services require 100% advance payment before work begins. The client is responsible for any transaction fees, banking charges, taxes, or related costs associated with the payment process.

Revisions

We provide unlimited revisions within 14 days of content delivery. Revision requests must remain within the scope of the original project requirements and are generally completed within 24 hours.

Revision requests should be submitted through your designated Project Manager or via email.

All completed deliverables are provided in an editable format, allowing clients to make future modifications independently.

Project Requirements

Project specifications and requirements are finalized before work begins. In the event of any dispute, project deliverables will be evaluated against the approved project brief and these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is limited to specific circumstances. A full 100% refund may only be granted when all of the following conditions are met:

• Work on the project has not yet commenced.
• The project does not involve a special or custom package.
• No revisions beyond the initial concept have been requested.
• The client has remained responsive and engaged throughout the process.
• The project has not been placed on hold by the client.
• All company policies have been followed.
• The project brief contains complete and accurate information.
• No business closure, ownership change, or rebranding has occurred.

Once multiple revisions have been approved or completed, refunds are no longer available.

Platform & LLC Policies

• Account creation on third-party platforms including Walmart, Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay is subject entirely to each platform’s approval process. Ecom Store Hub cannot guarantee approval.
• If an account is suspended, restricted, or rejected by the platform after submission or creation, Ecom Store Hub shall not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued.
• Walmart seller account approvals generally require approximately 10–20 business days. Approval remains at Walmart’s sole discretion.
• Clients with an existing LLC must verify that no previous seller account has been associated with that LLC. If a duplicate application results in rejection, Ecom Store Hub is not responsible and refunds will not be provided.
• For clients requiring LLC formation, account setup services may begin after LLC registration. Approval of marketplace accounts is never guaranteed, and payments remain non-refundable once processing begins.

Website Usage Terms

Ecom Store Hub shall not be liable for any damages, losses, interruptions, or inaccuracies resulting from errors, omissions, or temporary website unavailability.

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecom Store Hub, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services.

Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture between you and Ecom Store Hub.
